NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENT OF THE AMENDED AND RESTATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF AUTO-OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY The annual meeting of the policyholders of Auto-Owners Insurance Company shall be held on May 11, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Company's home office, located at 6101 Anacapri Boulevard, Lansing, Michigan 48917. At the meeting, the policyholders will be asked to consider an amendment to the Amended and Restated Articles of Association for Auto-Owners Insurance Company to reduce the number of members of the Executive Committee from the Chief Executive Officer and four or more members of the Board of Directors to the Chief Executive Officer and 3 or more members of the Board of Directors.
