NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT
Oxy USA WTP LP., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas.
The applicant proposes to inject Salt Water, CO2 and H2S into the San Andres Formation, West Seminole SA Unit Well Nos. 720, 721 and 722 Seminole, West field. The proposed injection well is located approximately 8-10 miles NW of Seminole in Gaines County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4900tvd/5050md – 5680tvd/5990md (Well 720), 4900tvd/5100md – 5725tvd/6120md (Well 722) and 4900tvd/5000md – 5670tvd/5700md (Well 721).
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
