NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT Occidental Permian Ltd., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid including Salt Water, Fresh Water, CO2, H2S and Natural Gases into the San Andres Formation, Central Mallet Unit Well 17, Slaughter Field, Lease No. 18244. The proposed injection well is located approximately 4-6 miles Northwest of Sundown in Hockley County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4600 to 5300 feet. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
