NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OXY USA Inc., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject Salt Water, CO2 and H2S into the Grayburg and San Andres formations, Seminole San Andres Unit Well No. 3808 Seminole (San Andres) field. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 5000 MD / 4900 TVD - 6400 MD / 5800 TVD. The proposed injection well is located approximately 4-6 miles NW of Seminole in Gaines County, TX. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
