NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OXY USA WTP LP., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject Salt Water, Fresh Water, Natural Gas, and CO2 into the San Andres Formation, Willard Unit Lease, Well No. 29W, Wasson Field, Lease No. 19308. The proposed injection well is located approximately 3-5 miles NW from Denver City in Yoakum County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4500 to 5600 feet (TVD). LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
