NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OXY USA Inc., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject produced water with entrained hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide into the Woodford and Devonian formations, Seminole San Andres Unit SWDD lease (70088), Well No. 4, Seminole (Devonian) field (82225040). The proposed injection well is located approximately 3.6 miles NW of Seminole in Gaines County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 11896' TVD/MD – 13150' TVD/MD. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas, including Rule 36 and Rule 46.
