NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FORMATION OF BANK HOLDING COMPANY
OppFi Inc., Chicago, Illinois, has applied to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for permission to become a bank holding company by acquiring BNCCORP, Inc., Bismarck, North Dakota 58502, and thereby indirectly acquiring BNC National Bank, with its main office in Glendale, Arizona 85308. Following the acquisition, BNC National Bank is expected to merge with and into OppFi Interim Bank, National Association, a temporary interim national bank to be formed to facilitate the proposed transaction, with BNC National Bank to continue as the resulting bank. The resulting bank's main office will be in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application/notice including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.
You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application/notice to Christopher Koopmans, Senior Vice President Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, 230 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60604.
