NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Kuber Ganga of Lindenwold, LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Borough of Lindenwold, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, for approval of a place-to-place transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0422-033-010-005, currently held as a pocket license (no sited premises), to the premises located at 211 E. Gibbsboro Road, Unit 2A, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021. There is no change in ownership. The applicant and current licensee are one and the same: Kuber Ganga of Lindenwold, LLC. A public hearing in this matter has been scheduled for July 8, 2026 or as soon thereafter as this matter may be scheduled. The hearing shall be held in the Municipal Building, 15 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021.
