NOTICE OF APPLICATION STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF APPLICATION The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit application (File No. MMR_466938-001) from South Bay Developers, LLC., to construct an approximately 13.5-acre stormwater management system for a new sand mining operation in Palm Beach County. The proposed project includes approximately 0-acres of other surface water impacts. The site is located on 300 US Highway 27 South, South Bay FL, 33493. Parcel IDs: [58-36-44-23-01-000-007], [58-36-44-23-01-000-0061], Sections 23, Township 44 South, Range 36 East. The Project is within an unnamed watershed, Class III waters. Palm Beach County.
