NOTICE OF APPRAISEMENT HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING OF COMPENSATION COMMISSION TO ASSESS DAMAGES IN THE MATTER OF THE CONDEMNATION OF LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO THE ASHWORTH ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NUMBER 0510-050-2021, LOCATED BETWEEN 19TH STREET TO 23RD STREET, WEST DES MOINES, IOWA, AND LOCALLY KNOWN AS 2000 ASHWORTH ROAD BY THE CIETY OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA.
