NOTICE OF
APPROVAL AND AWARD OF GUARANTEED ENERGY SERVICES AGREEMENT
BY BENSALEM TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to provisions of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949 as
amended, Pennsylvania Sunshine Act of 1986, July 3, P.L. 388 No. 84, as amended and
Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects, Act 57 of 1998, Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 and Act 163 of 2016
in Title 62, Chapter 37, Subchapter E, that the Board of School Directors of the Bensalem
Township School District will, at a Regular Action Meeting of the Board of School Directors to be
held on February 25, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Administration Office
at 3000 Donallen Dr., Bensalem, PA 19020 take action to consider the approval and acceptance
an Initial Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement from Reynolds Energy Services, Inc., d/b/a
SitelogIQ Energy Services, Inc. ("ESCO"). Scopes of work in this portion of the Guaranteed
Energy Savings Project includes pre-purchasing of mechanical equipment for the Benjamin Rush
Elementary School. Installation of the equipment will occur through amendment. The proposal
to be accepted by the Board and the agreement between the ESCO and the Board provide that
the lump sum cost of the work shall range from $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 Members of the
public are invited to attend the Regular Action Board Meeting as permitted by law.
