NOTICE OF APPROVAL
CITY OF PLAINFIELD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 12, 2025, the City of Plainfield Zoning
Board of Adjustment granted approval to applicant, Diego Muz, for confirmation of existing
bulk variance and supplemental zone variance conditions related to: minimum lot area
minimum lot width, minimum lot frontage, minimum single side yard setback, minimum
combined side yard setback, minimum improvable area, minimum improvable area -
diameter of circle, provision of a garage, minimum driveway setback and parking location;
in order to construct a two-story addition on the existing dwelling on the property located
at 373 Evona Avenue, and designated as Lot 23 in Block 142 on the City of Plainfield Tax
Map, which approval was memorialized by a written Resolution adopted on December
10, 2025. The Resolution is on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary, located in
the Division of Planning and Community Development, Second Floor, City Hall, 515
Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during the
Secretary's normal business hours.
