The Project is located at 1040 North Pearl Street in Upper Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey on property known and identified as Block 1901, Lot 4 on the Upper Deerfield Township Tax Map. (the "Property"). The Property is 6.64 acres and located in the B-3 Zone.
