NOTICE OF ARREST F/V MAJOR EXPENSE NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on October 3, 2025, at Cape May, New Jersey, the United States Marshal did arrest the F/V Major Expense (O.N. 627357), her engines, boilers, tackle, electronics, and all appurtenances, including her federal fishing permit (No. 330566), etc., pursuant to Warrants of Arrest issued by the Clerk of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, upon the filing of a Verified Complaint in the above action. Said Verified Complaint is a suit in admiralty to foreclose First Preferred Ship's Mortgages and preferred maritime liens in excess of $2,400,000.00, plus interest, penalties, costs, and fees. Any person having or claiming an interest in or to said vessel must file a verified statement of right or interest within fourteen (14) days after publication of this Notice and must file an Answer to the Verified Complaint herein within twenty-one (21) days after filing a verified statement of right or interest. Said verified statement of right or interest and Answer must be filed with Clerk of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, 402 East State St., Trenton, New Jersey 08608, and a copy of said verified statement of right or interest and Answer must be mailed to Timothy P.
