NOTICE OF ARREST RED WING EXPLORERS, LLC, Plaintiffs v. UNIDENTIFIED SHIPWRECKED VESSEL OR VESSELS, their apparel, tackle, Appurtenances, and cargo located in the Atlantic Ocean within a three (3) Nautical Mile radius of the coordinates 29 Degrees 91.835 Minutes North Latitude, and 86 Degrees 58.253 Minutes West Longitude, Defendant, United States District Court, Northern District of Florida, Panama City Division, Civil Action No. 5:25-cv-308-AW-MJF. Notice is hereby given that a warrant of arrest issued by the Clerk of said Court upon the filing of the Verified Complaint in the above action, and on September 22, 2025, the Defendant Unidentified Shipwrecked Vessel or Vessels, their apparel, tackle, Appurtenances, and cargo located in the Atlantic Ocean within a three (3) Nautical Mile radius of the coordinates 29 Degrees 91.835 Minutes North Latitude, and 86 Degrees 58.253 Minutes West Longitude, pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida Panama City Division. Any person who asserts a right of possession or any ownership interest or other claim, pursuant to Supplemental Rule C(6), within fourteen (14) days after publication of this notice, and must file his answer to the Complaint herein within twenty-one (21) days thereafter, and serve a copy of each to the undersigned attorney. Otherwise, default may be entered and condemnation ordered. Motions to intervene under Fed. R. Civ.
