NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND
SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING
CFM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Audit Committee of the CFM Community Development District will hold an audit committee meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the office of Rizzetta & Company, Inc. located at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. At the conclusion of the Audit Committee meeting, the District's Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting. Copies of the agendas for the meetings can be obtained from the District Office at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 or by phone at (239) 936-0913. Additionally, copies of the agendas, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at www.cfmcdd.org. Items on the agendas may include, but are not limited to, District operations and maintenance activities, financial matters, capital improvements, and general administration activities.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. A speaker telephone will be present at the above location so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meetings by telephone and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that, accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
