NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT Public Notice is hereby given that on December 18, 2025, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority adopted a Resolution authorizing execution of Professional Service Agreement with the firm of McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, to provide professional legal services to serve as Bond Counsel. The contract is for professional legal services to be performed over a period of one year at a cost to SMCMUA estimated not to exceed $50,000.00 as more particularly set forth in the aforesaid Resolution, copies of which are on file and available for public inspection in the office of SMCMUA, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, and in the respective offices of the Clerks of the Township of Morris, the Township of Hanover, the Town of Morristown and the Borough of Morris Plains.
