Ridgeland Ave., Oak Park, IL 60204; OCCUPANT: 6 Pelican Cove, Savannah, GA 31410; and to the Heirs at Law, Legatees, Executors, Devisees, Administrators, Legal Representatives, Successors, Assigns, Officers, Stockholders, Trustees and Assignees of each and every one of the above named persons, firms, and/or corporations above named. Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being in Chatham County, Georgia on Whitemarsh Island, and being known and designated as Lot 8, Pelican Cove Subdivision, being a subdivision of the northern portion of Lots 80 and 81, Battery Point Subdivision, 5th G.M. District, Whitemarsh Island, as shown in the revised map or plan of said Subdivision, 5th G.M. District, Whitemarsh Island, as shown on the revised map or plan of said Subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia in Subdivision Map Book 4-S, Page 81. Said Lot being irregular in shape and bounded as follows: On the Northeast by Lot 9, said Subdivision; on the Southeast by Lot 11, said Subdivision; on the Southwest by an Existing lake; and on the Northwest by Pelican Cove.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is as follows:

Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before January 31, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W.
