All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, and known upon a map or plan as Lot Number six (6) Block 8, Lincoln Heights, a map of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County Georgia in Deed Book 9, folio 100, and being bounded as following- on the North by the Augusta Road, in the East by Lot Number Seven (7), on the South by a lane, and on the West be Lot Number Five (5).

Will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th of July, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is as follows:

Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before 07/25/2026 , by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W.
