All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, and known upon a map or plan of subdivision of the Snyder Tract as Lot Number five (5) in Block 8, Lincoln Heights, said lot having a frontage of thirty feet on the Augusta Road and a rectangular depth of ninety (90) feet to a lane; said lot being bounded on the North by Augusta Road, on the Easy by lot Number six (6), on the South by a lane and the West by lot Number four (4), said block eight (8).

Will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th of July 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is as follows:

Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before 07/25/2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W. Bell & Associates, P.C., 511 East York Street, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.
