All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, known as the Western one-hale (1/2) of Lot Number Twenty-Five (25), Stiles Ward, said western one-half (1/2) of said lot having a Northern frontage of thirty (30) feet on Thirty-ninth Street between Burroughs and Florence Streets and a rectangular depth of one hundred seventeen (117) feet Southwardly to a lane, and bounded on the North by Thirty ninth Street, on the East by the Easter one-half (1/2) of said Lot Number Twenty-five (25), om the South by said Lane, and on the West by Lot Number Twenty-Six (26) said Ward.

Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before 07/31/2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W.
