NOTICE OF BID NOTICE OF BID Elkins Construction LLC (CGC1523777) has contracted with the State of Florida Department of Military Affairs as Construction Manager on the new CCR RGS02 Range Modernization, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, 03 CONCRETE, 04 MASONRY, 05 METALS, 06 CASEWORK, 07 ROOFING, WATERPROOFING & SEALANTS, 08 OPENINGS & DOORS, FRAMES & HARDWARE, 08B COILING DOORS, 08C EXTERIOR GLASS & GLAZING, 08D INTERIOR GLASS & GLAZING, 09A DRYWALL & FRAMING, 09B ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS, 09C FLOORING, , 09E PAINTING, 09F CONCRETE COATING, 10A SPECIALTIES, 22 PLUMBING, 23 HVAC, 25 INTEGRATED AUTOMATION 26 ELECTRICAL, 31 EARTHWORK, 33 UTILITIES. Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Elkins Construction subcontract agreement, schedule, and complete subcontractor's pre-qualification ("SCORE"). SCORE registration information can be found here: https://scoresystem.com SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to Elkins Construction subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractor's bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection. Further, Elkins Construction, LLC. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all bid proposals.
