NOTICE OF BRANCH RELOCATION Notice is hereby given that Alliance Bank, a state-chartered bank under the laws of Indiana and an FDIC-insured institution, intends to relocate its branch currently located at: 100 S Justus Street–Oxford, IN to a new location at: 201 S Howard Street–Oxford, IN The relocation is scheduled to occur on or around September 1, 2026. After this date, all banking services provided at the current location will be available at the new address. This relocation is being made in accordance with Section 18(d) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the FDIC's Rules and Regulations (12 CFR §303.42), as well as the Indiana DFI's policies concerning branch relocations.
