NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
Public meeting of the budget committee of the Mohawk Valley Rural Fire District, Lane/Linn Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held at Fire Station 1, 92068 Marcola Road, Marcola, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 8th day of April 2026, promptly starting at 6:00 p.m. Questions, requests to attend virtually, and written comments may be directed to Fire Chief Steven Wallace at (541) 933-2907 or swallace@mohawkvalleyfire.com prior to the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 8, 2026, at Fire Station 1, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
This public meeting is where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
