NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Bailey-Spencer Rural Fire Protection District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held at 86501 Lorane Highway, Eugene, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 14th day of April, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Questions, requests to attend virtually, and written comments may be directed to Brandon Morse at brandonemorse@gmail.com prior to the meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 14, 2026, at the Local Government Law Group, 975 Oak Street, Suite 700, Eugene, OR 97401, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
