NOTICE OF BUILDER/DEVELOPER OPEN HOUSE BREAKFAST AND TOUR OF GLENWOOD SUBSTATION The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) will host an in-person Builder/Developer Open House Breakfast on Thursday, September 18, 2025, 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. in SUB's Board Room located in the Annex Building (across from SUB's main office) at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield. Following the open house, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a tour of the Glenwood Substation. The purpose of this event is to provide a forum for discussion and Q&A session on a variety of development topics with General Manager Jeff Nelson and water and electric staff. A quorum of the Board may be present; however, no formal action will be taken by the Board during the open house or tour.
