LELY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF CLOSED DOOR ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE LELY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Lely Community Development District ("District") will conduct a closed door attorney-client session on December 17, 2025 at 12:30 p.m., at the District Offices meeting room located at 6815 Wildflower Way, Naples, FL 34113. The attorney-client session will be held to discuss settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures in connection with the pending litigation titled Lely Resort Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Plaintiff v. Stock Development, LLC, Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff v. Lely Community Development District, Third Party Defendant, Collier County Circuit Court, Case No. 2024 – CA – 655. The agenda for the meeting may be obtained by going to the District's website one week before the meeting. The attorney-client session may be continued to a date, time and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. The attorney-client session, which is closed to the public, is being held pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. The following persons are anticipated to be in attendance at the attorney-client session: Supervisors William Lee, Andrew Fox, Gerry Campkin, Ken Drum and Anne-Marie Bularzik; District Manager Neil Dorrill (as Chief Administrative or Executive Officer); District Counsel Anthony P. Pires, Jr. and Lenore T. Brakefield; and, a certified court reporter. The attorney-client session is expected to last approximately one hour, but may be terminated early or extend longer. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. The Board may take action thereafter at the regularly scheduled and publicly noticed meeting on December 17, 2025. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board in the public meeting with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting such person will need a record of the proceedings and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his or her own expense, and which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
