NOTICE OF COMPLETION Notice is hereby given to the public that the project known as the "ARC Grant for Cosby, TN" located in Newport, TN has been completed. The owner of the project is Newport Utilities/NUConnect. The prime contractor on the project was Quanta Telecom Solutions, LLC (2727 N Loop W, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77008). The date of completion was March 20th, 2025 and any person or firm having a claim against the project should notify Chris Calhoun, Vice President of Operations & Technology, in writing at P.O.
