NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING The Honesdale Borough Council will convene a public hearing at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania, to consider an Application for Conditional Use under Sections 210-9, 210-10 and 210-27, 210-38 and Articles IV and V of the Honesdale Borough Zoning Ordinance. The application has been filed by Matthew S. Pizzola, 730 Maple Avenue, Honesdale, PA 18431, as an owner of the subject property which is located at the adjacent property, and being described as Wayne County Tax Parcel 11-0-0004-0047 and described in Wayne County Record Book 6399 at Page 74, C/N 012758. The applicant seeks permission to conduct a brewery operation, tasting area and grilling area at that location. The parcel is located in the R-2 District.
