NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Canaan Township will hold conditional use public hearings at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 19, 2026, and if the hearing is not concluded, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Ladore Retreat & Conference Center, 398 South Street, Waymart, PA 18472. The hearings will be for an approximately 7.66- acre Energy Generation Facility (Solar Farm) located on a 41.05-acre parcel off Cavage Road identified with a street address of 1291 Roosevelt Highway, Waymart, PA 18472, Tax Parcel 04- 0-00242-0073. The Applicants are Solar Renewable Energy, LLC, Solar Renewable Energy Development, LLC, and Cavage Road Solar Partners, LLC.
