NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED

NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED The Township of Plumsted, (the "Township") has awarded Contracts without competitive bidding for professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 (1)(a)(i). The Township has retained the following: the Firm of Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Halm & Cipriani as Township Attorney and Labor Counsel, the Firm of Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Halm & Cipriani as Special Counsel, Affordable Housing Counsel and Tax Appeal Attorney; the Firm of Dilworth Paxson as Bond Counsel; Ian Goldman, Esq of Levin, Shea, Pfeffer & Goldman as Township Prosecutor; Debra Rumpf of Rumpf Law PC as Public Defender; Ryan Murphy, Esq. of Gertner Murphy LLC as Alternate Public Defender; Mark Roselli, Esq of Roselli, Griegel, Lozier as Hearing Officer; Bonnie Peterson as Alternate Prosecutor; Matthew Jessup, Esq. of McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC as Redevelopment Counsel and Bankruptcy Counsel; Joseph Hirsh of Environmental Resolutions, Inc as Township Engineer; Remington & Vernick Engineers as Special Projects Engineer; Bruno Associates as Grants Consultant; RMD Associates as Qualified Purchasing Agent; Neil Grossman of GB Associates as Financial Adviser; Joseph Hirsh of Environmental Resolutions, Inc as Land Use Board Engineer and Coronato Law, as Planning/Land Use Board Attorney for the Year 2026. The aforementioned appointments shall be subject to and in accordance with Professional Services Contracts to be executed in a manner satisfactory to the Township of Plumsted and on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533. The amounts charged for these services will be determined in accordance with the contracts on file with the Municipal Clerk. These contracts will be in effect until such time as either party gives written notice to the other of termination. These contracts and the resolutions authorizing them are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk, 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533.
