NOTICE OF DECISION BOROUGH OF CRESSKILL JOINT LAND USE BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 7, 2026, the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Cresskill adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision to grant variance relief to Joseph Tripodi (the "Applicant") in connection with property located at 54 Merritt Avenue, Cresskill, New Jersey, also known as Block 28.01, Lot 6 on the Borough tax map.
The application (No. 1465) sought approval to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling and requested various bulk variances, including but not limited to relief relating to lot area, lot frontage, side yard setback, building coverage, impervious coverage, and livable floor area.
The Joint Land Use Board granted the requested variances, subject to conditions as set forth in the Resolution.
A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Borough Clerk, 67 Union Avenue, Cresskill, New Jersey, during normal business hours.
This notice is published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i).
