NOTICE OF DECISION
Borough of Fairview Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 8, 2026 the Borough of Fairview Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of Stockport Bergen, LLC (the "Applicant") for a second one (1)- year extension (the "Application") of the preliminary and final major site plan approval along with bulk variance relief previously granted on March 13, 2023 and memorialized by Resolution, adopted April 10, 2023 (the "Original Resolution") with respect to properties having street addresses of 408 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, New Jersey and 502 Bergen Boulevard, Fairview, New Jersey and being designated as Block 404, Lot 1 in the Borough of Fairview tax map (collectively, the "Property").
The Board granted the Applicant's application for a second one (1)- year extension of the preliminary and final major site plan approval and bulk variance relief to construct a two- (2) story commercial/retail building on the Property that will operate as a garden center and retailer of outdoor living and landscaping supplies, along with related site improvements, including, but not limited to, parking and signage.
The Resolution grants an extension of the approvals contained within the Original Resolution through April 10, 2027.
The Original Resolution and the Resolution have been filed with and are available for public inspection at the Office of the Planning Board, which is located at the Municipal Building, 700 Shaler Boulevard, Ridgefield, New Jersey 07657 during regular business hours.
