NOTICE OF DECISION
Borough of Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 14, 2026, the Borough of Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 676 Cambridge LLC (the "Applicant") for bulk variance and design waiver/exception relief (the "Application") with respect to property in the Borough of Paramus having a street address of 676 Cambridge Road, Paramus, New Jersey and being designated as Block 7007, Lot 18 on the Borough of Paramus Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's application to extend the second-floor terrace of the existing single-family residence on the Property and to construct an in-ground pool, hot tub and patio along with related site improvements including, but not limited to, landscaping.
The Board granted certain bulk or "c" variances and design waivers/exceptions in connection with its approval of the Application, including: (i) Building coverage greater than permitted (25% permitted; 27.2% approved).
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located in the Building Department, Borough Hall, 1 West Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey 07652, during regular business hours.
