NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Hoboken Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 10, 2025, the City of Hoboken Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of Trustees of Stevens Institute of Technology (the "Applicant") for preliminary and final major site plan approval with respect to property in the City of Hoboken having street addresses of Castle Point Street (a/k/a 1 Castle Point Terrace) and 2 9th Street and being designated as Block 235, Lot 1 and Block 239, Lots 16 and 17, respectively, on the City of Hoboken Tax Map (collectively, the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's application to demolish four (4) existing tennis courts and related improvements on the Property and to construct a new tennis court facility consisting of four (4) tennis courts, bleachers and relocation of the existing trailer and other related facilities along with related site improvements.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located at the City of Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 during regular business hours, which are typically Monday through Friday (9:00 am through 4:00 pm).
