NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Hoboken Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 8, 2025, the City of Hoboken Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of N E K Corp (the "Applicant") for conditional use approval along with bulk variance and design waiver/exception relief with respect to property in the City of Hoboken having street addresses of 251 & 257 Fourteenth Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 and being designated as Block 117, Lots 7 & 5, respectively, on the City of Hoboken Tax Map (collectively, the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's application to occupy an approximately 4,647 sf portion of the ground-floor commercial space with the existing five- (5) story mixed use building as a medical office.
The Board granted certain bulk or "c" variances and design waivers/exceptions in connection with its approval of the Application, including: (i) Number of wall signs greater than permitted (1 sign permitted; 2 signs approved); and (ii) Approved signs to be internally illuminated where same is not permitted.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located at the City of Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 during regular business hours, which are typically Monday through Friday (9:00 am through 4:00 pm).
