NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Jersey City Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 9, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Jersey City (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 69 Lake Realty LLC (the "Applicant") for an application for minor site plan approval (the "Application") with respect to a property having street address of 69 Lake Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306, and being designated as Block 4701, Lot 56, on the City of Jersey City Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's application to demolish the existing site improvements on the Property and to construct a new three- (3) story residential building consisting of five (5) residential dwelling units, along with one (1) accessory dwelling unit and related site improvements, including, but not limited to, landscaping, lighting and stormwater management infrastructure.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, located at the Division of City Planning, 1 Jackson Square, 2nd Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, during regular business hours.
