NOTICE OF DECISION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF DAMASCUS TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, RE: APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE OF SOLAR RENEWABLE ENERGY, LLC, SOLAR RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND COCHECTON TURNPIKE SOLAR PARTNERS, LLC TAKE NOTICE that on March 16, 2026, the Board of Supervisors of Damascus Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania issued a decision granting Solar Renewable Energy, LLC, Solar Renewable Energy Development, LLC and Cochecton Turnpike Solar Partners, LLC, (hereinafter "Applicant") a conditional use approval for a Solar Energy System (Large) (hereinafter "SES"). The conditional use for the SES has been approved on land of Ragapple, LLC, Property Tax ID # 07-0-0051-0002, 1205 Cochecton Turnpike, Tyler Hill, Pennsylvania 18469, Permit No 5027. A copy of the full text of the decision is available for review by members of the public at the Damascus Township Municipal building, 60 Conklin Hill Road, Damascus, Pennsylvania 18415. This Notice is being published on two (2) successive weeks, on March 28, 2026, and April 4, 2026. The publication of this Notice is intended to provide notification of the decision, and any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of the decision must bring a legal action within thirty (30) days of the publication of the second notice.
