NOTICE OF DECISION
Pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-10(i)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Loch Arbour ("Board") did, on the 10th day of June, 2026 formally adopt Resolutions memorializing the action of the Board taken at its May 13, 2026 meeting granting David E. Dweck, Germaine Dweck, and Eli D. Dweck ("Applicants") approvals with regard to Property known as Lot 7 in Block 10 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Village of Loch Arbour and located at 12 Norwood Avenue, Loch Arbour, New Jersey ("Property").
The Property currently contains a 2½ story single-family dwelling with enclosed front porch, driveway, and related site improvements. The approval grants a Certificate of Appropriateness for the following: converting a portion of the existing enclosed porch into an open, covered front porch; construction of a 1-story addition to the dwelling; replacement of the existing asphalt driveway with a pervious paver driveway; renovation of the existing dwelling including new exterior siding and roofing as well as windows, doors and related features; and, related site improvements.
The Board granted bulk variance relief pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70.c. for: principal building coverage of 25.4%, whereas a maximum of 20% is permitted; and, side yard (north) setback of 3.33 feet to the covered front porch, whereas a minimum of 5 feet is required.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolutions and materials relied upon by the Board at the meetings of May 13, 2026, and June 10, 2026 are on file in the Village offices, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, New Jersey.
