NOTICE OF DECISION
Pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-10(i)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Loch Arbour ("Board") did, on the 10th day of June, 2026 formally adopt Resolutions memorializing the action of the Board taken at its April 22, 2026 meeting granting Mylo Dweck ("Applicant") approvals with regard to Property known as Lot 16 in Block 3 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Village of Loch Arbour and located at 337 Euclid Avenue, Loch Arbour, New Jersey ("Property").
The Property currently contains a 2-story single-family dwelling, paver patio, and related site improvements. The approval grants a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove the existing paver patio and to construct a 2-story addition with covered rear staircase, new paver patio, and related site improvements. The Board also granted bulk variance relief pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70.c. for principal building coverage of 22.87%, whereas a maximum of 20% is permitted.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolutions and materials relied upon by the Board at the meetings of April 22, 2026 and June 10, 2026 are on file in the Village offices, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, New Jersey.
