NOTICE OF DECISION
NOTICE OF DECISION. Please take notice that the Borough of Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted approval of an application filed by Big Timber Junction, LLC ("Applicant") for preliminary and final major subdivision approval to facilitate a new waterfront park located no address south of the intersection of Leaf Avenue and Harding Avenue; block: 79.01 lot: 9.01. The Board granted this approval on April 3, 2023 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 1, 2023. A copy of the memorializing resolution 2023-05 is available in the office of the Secretary to the Joint Land Use Board, located at the Bellmawr Municipal Building, 21 East Browning Road, Bellmawr, New Jersey. Notice of approval having been received by applicant, publication is made in accordance with the Joint Land Use Board Resolution. BY: Donald A.
