NOTICE OF DECISION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Land Use Planning Board of the Township of Eastampton conducted a public hearing on August 20, 2025 at which hearings the application of High Horse Dispensary, LLC requesting approval for Conditional Use, Preliminary and Final Site Plan approvals with Bulk Variances and Design Exceptions on the property located at 2441 Route 206, designated as Block 1500, Lot 10 (the "Property") was considered.
Said application was granted. On August 20, 2025, the Township of Eastampton Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Land Use Planning Board Office at 12 Manor House Court, Eastampton, New Jersey and may be viewed during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
