NOTICE OF DECISION
On 8/21/25, the Hazlet Township Land Use Board adopted a Resolution granting variance relief for application #25-09L to Dana and Marianne Penta, 1636 Union Avenue; Block 74, Lot 2, R-70 zone to construct a one-story addition to the rear of existing dwelling and a second-story addition above garage and great room. Applicant obtained approval with the following variance relief granted:
1. Bulk variance for pre-existing side yard setback of 6.9' where 10' is required.
2. Bulk variance for pre-existing combined side yard setback of 17.8' where 20' is required.
3. Bulk variance for 45% lot coverage where 40% is maximum.
