NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE Notice is hereby given that on August 28, 2025 the Township of Woodbridge Zoning Board of Adjustment for Preliminary and Major Site Plan Approval adopted a Resolution memorializing the granting of preliminary/major site plan, use and bulk variances to the Applicant, SPG 130 Essex Ave LLC, for the property located at 130 Essex Ave East, Avenel, New Jersey 07001, Block 974, Lot 14, on the Tax Map of Woodbridge Township. The approvals will permit the Applicant to modify the rear area of the property. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Woodbridge Township Municipal Building, 1 Main Street, Third Floor, Woodbridge, New Jersey during that office's normal business hours.
