NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the City of Camden Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has denied an application for development filed by EE Luxury Properties LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 1244 Empire Avenue, designated as Block 1272, Lot 42 on the municipal tax map. Specifically, the Board denied the Applicant's request for bulk variance approval to renovate the existing single-family semidetached dwelling for use as a duplex, with one first floor unit and one second floor unit, as well as to replace the existing garage with three parking spaces.
The Board denied this application on August 4, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on September 15, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
