NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Township of Willingboro Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Willingboro AH JV, LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property located at located at 4284 Route 130 and currently designated as block 5.02, lots 8, 9, 10, 11 & 17 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted minor subdivision approval to reconfigure the five existing lots into two new Lots, 11 and 17, along with preliminary major site plan approval for the development of sixty units of affordable rental housing in three buildings on new Lot 17.
The Board granted this application on August 18, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on September 8, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
