NOTICE OF DECISION

NOTICE OF DECISION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the City of Camden Zoning Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on August 4, 2025 at which hearing the application of EMR Eastern, LLC requesting approval for a Certificate of Non-Confirming Use and Preliminary and Final Site Plan on the property located at 1484 Ferry Avenue, designated as Block 281, Lots 25, 28, 31, 35, 35.01, 36 & 36.01 and Block 280, Lots 8, 16, 20, 22 & 23 (the "Property") was considered. Said application was granted. On September 15, 2025, the City of Camden Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Zoning Board Office at City Hall, 520 Market Street, Room 224, Camden, New Jersey 08102, and may be viewed during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
