NOTICE OF DECISION
BERKELEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 10, 2025, a hearing was held and at the conclusion of the hearing, the Township of Berkeley Zoning Board of Adjustment granted Applicant, Dollar Tree, Inc., bulk variances to permit the construction of a non-conforming illuminated sign on property located at 333 Route 9 and more particularly identified as Lot 56 of Block 882.14 on the official tax map of the Township of Berkeley (the "Property").
The Property is located in the CN-A Corridor Node A Overlay of the HB Highway Business Zoning District.
Copies of the Resolution, which was adopted by the Township of Berkeley Zoning Board of Adjustment on September 24, 2025, have been filed in and are available for inspection at the office of the Township of Berkeley Zoning Board of Adjustment during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 6627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey 08721.
