NOTICE OF DECISION
UNIFIED PLANNING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF KEYPORT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 28, 2025, a hearing was held and at the conclusion of the hearing, the Unified Planning Board of the Borough of Keyport granted Applicant, Blaze Keyport, LLC, administrative review and approval for a modification of its Final Major Site Plan approval to operate a Cannabis retail dispensary use within a one-story commercial building to be situated on property located at 105 Highway 35 which is officially designated as Block 110, Lot 24 on the Borough of Keyport's Tax Map (the "Property").
The Property is located in the "HC" Highway Commercial District and is vacant land.
Copies of the Resolution, which were adopted by the Unified Planning Board of the Borough of Keyport on September 25, 2025, have been filed in and are available for inspection at the office of the Unified Planning Board of the Borough of Keyport, by appointment.
