NOTICE OF DECISION EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 14, 2025, a hearing was held and at the conclusion of the hearing, the Egg Harbor Township Zoning Board granted Applicant, Roberta and Frederick Cincotti, Variance Relief to construct a 1,530 square foot, three-bedroom dwelling on the property located at Harbor Drive and 206 Harbor Drive, more particularly identified as Lots 2 and 3 of Block 5003 on the official tax map of Egg Harbor Township (the "Property"). The Property is located in the "RA"-Residential Zoning District and is presently vacant land. Copies of the Resolution, which was adopted by the Egg Harbor Township Zoning Board on August 4, 2025, have been filed in and are available for inspection at the office of the Planning and Development Office, Division of Planning Board located on the second floor of the Township Municipal Building located at 3515 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey 08234.
